Who we are

Friplo Games LLC (“we”) makes games for iPhone and iPad and is responsible for the information described in this policy. For anything about your privacy or your data, email privacy@friplogames.com.

What we collect

If you play without an account

Your progress and settings are stored only on your device. We don’t receive them.

If you create an account

We store your email address, a display name if you choose one, and your game progress, so it can follow you between devices. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the email address and name that service shares with us. We never see your Apple or Google password.

If you email us

We keep your message and email address so we can reply and help.

Technical information

The services that host our games keep standard technical records, such as server logs and usage statistics, to keep them running and secure.

How we use it

Only to run our games and support you: to sign you in, save and sync your progress, help you recover your account, and answer your messages. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising or profiling.

Who handles it

A few service providers process information on our behalf, under their own privacy policies:

• Base44 hosts XIS, its database and its sign-in.
• Apple and Google handle sign-in, if you choose to sign in with them.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.

Ads and purchases

XIS shows no ads and doesn’t track you across other apps or websites. If a future game includes ads, its section below will explain them before it launches.

Any purchase in our games goes through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment and tells us only what was bought, so we can unlock it. We never receive your card details.

This website

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking. Cloudflare, which hosts it, processes basic request information such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address when your browser downloads them.

Deleting your data

• In the game: use Delete account in the game’s Settings. This permanently removes your account and saved progress.
• By email: write to privacy@friplogames.com from the address on your account, and we’ll delete it for you.
• Without an account: deleting the game removes the progress saved on your device.

After an account is deleted, our hosting provider may keep some data for a limited time: logs and usage statistics for about 60 days, and backups for up to 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or get a copy of it. To ask, email privacy@friplogames.com. We’ll respond within the time the law requires.

Children

Our games are made for a general audience and aren’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll also let you know in the game.

XIS

• Without an account: progress and settings stay on your device.
• With an account: we store your email address, an optional display name and your progress, so you can play on more than one device. Sign in with email, Apple or Google.
• Purchases: puzzle packs, bought through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we only learn which pack was bought.
• Ads and tracking: none.
• Hosting: Base44.
• Delete your data: Settings, then Delete account, or email privacy@friplogames.com.
